Welcome to CALI, a digital women's health and reproductive wellness platform operated by Raiqa Health Pty Ltd ("CALI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the CALI website, mobile platform, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Who We Are
CALI is a telehealth program under Raiqa Health, designed to support women's and reproductive health through confidential, accessible, and evidence-based digital care. Our services include menstrual care, menopause management, fertility support, hormonal balance, hair and skin health, and general women's wellness. All consultations, prescriptions, and care plans are provided by licensed medical practitioners in accordance with applicable laws. CALI is owned and operated by Raiqa Health Pty Ltd, registered in Australia.
2. Eligibility
To use CALI, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be located in Australia, where CALI currently operates
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking consultations
By using CALI, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Medical Disclaimer
CALI provides access to independent, licensed healthcare professionals ("Practitioners") who review your medical information and determine whether a treatment, prescription, or referral is appropriate.
- CALI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- All clinical decisions are made solely by qualified Practitioners.
- Content on our website or communications from CALI are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. Your Responsibilities
When using CALI, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete personal and health information
- Not misrepresent your identity or submit false medical data
- Follow all treatment guidance and dosage instructions from your Practitioner
- Report any side effects or unexpected reactions promptly
- Use CALI's Services only for your own personal health needs
5. Telehealth Consent
By using CALI, you consent to receive healthcare services via telehealth, including consultations, prescriptions, and follow-ups delivered electronically (via video, chat, or forms). You acknowledge that telehealth improves access and convenience but may have limitations, such as the absence of physical examination. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of our Services.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Renewals
All consultations, programs, and treatment plans must be paid in advance through CALI's secure payment system. By subscribing, you authorise CALI to charge your chosen payment method for recurring plans until cancellation. Prices are in AUD and include applicable taxes. We may adjust pricing with prior notice.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Payment Options
CALI offers pay-per-consult services and subscription programs available in monthly, three-month, and six-month options. Subscriptions include ongoing access to consultations, care plans, and support.
7.2 Refund Policy
No refunds are available once a consultation has occurred or a medication or treatment has been prescribed or shipped. Payments for monthly, three-month, or six-month programs are non-refundable, even if you choose to discontinue early. Refunds do not apply to unused consultations or partially completed plans.
7.3 Minimum Commitment
To ensure clinical effectiveness and treatment continuity, CALI requires a minimum three-month commitment for all structured programs.
7.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription after the initial three-month period. To cancel, email support@raiqa.health at least seven days before your next billing date. Late cancellation requests will apply to the following billing cycle.
7.5 Payment Failures
If a payment fails, CALI reserves the right to pause or terminate service access until payment is resolved.
7.6 Discretionary Refunds
In rare cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or confirmed clinical contraindications, CALI may issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion after investigation.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All data is managed in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) for any United States data handling. All Practitioners, pharmacies, and technology partners are required by contract to manage information securely and confidentially. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Prescriptions, Fulfilment, and Delivery
- All prescriptions are issued only by licensed healthcare Practitioners.
- Partner pharmacies dispense and deliver medications in discreet packaging.
- Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.
- CALI is not responsible for courier or postal delays after dispatch.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, text, branding, design, and materials on the CALI platform belong to Raiqa Health Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for unlawful or harmful activity
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
- Share medications or prescriptions issued to you
- Use CALI for resale, redistribution, or third-party benefit
12. Third-Party Services
CALI may link or integrate with third-party providers, such as pharmacies, payment processors, and laboratories. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of those third-party sites or services.
13. Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law:
- CALI and Raiqa Health are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
- We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or treatment outcomes.
- You accept full responsibility for following Practitioner instructions and using prescribed treatments safely.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your actions threaten the integrity or safety of our platform. You may request account termination at any time via support@raiqa.health.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services, laws, or operations. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
