Fulfilment, Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy

At CALI, your health, privacy, and peace of mind come first. This policy outlines how we fulfil, ship, and support treatment deliveries, along with our approach to cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Fulfilment
- Once your consultation is reviewed and approved, your prescription is forwarded to a licensed Australian pharmacy for dispensing.
- Orders are processed within one to three business days.
- You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once dispatched.
- If your consultation is not approved, your payment will be refunded in full.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver Australia-wide through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery times range from two to seven business days.
- Delays may occur due to courier, pharmacy, or postal network issues.
- CALI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details or unforeseen postal disruptions.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before the pharmacy begins dispensing.
- Subscription cancellations are subject to a minimum three-month commitment.

4. Returns & Replacements
By Australian law, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold, even if unopened. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within three days of delivery for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if one of the following applies:
- The consultation is declined
- The prescribed medication is unavailable
- The parcel is confirmed lost in transit
Eligible refunds are processed within seven to ten business days.
6. Lost Deliveries
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 days of dispatch, reach out to support@raiqa.health. Our team will investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution or replacement.
7. Address Updates
Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
